This has been a week which has certainly been a blur. Many meetings with all sorts of people from suppliers through to web and social media companies.
I am setting up an office for all things THH at the gallery were I am going to work closely with Borders College to provide worthwhile placements for the college students. This will allow students to work on real projects and help them and the gallery to deliver great results.
In between the usual 70 hour plus week I have also fitted in a visit from my younger brother, paul and his wife, Sue along with little Thomas, age 8 going on 18 a whirlwind of energy and questions. I sadly don’t see them as often as I would like with my commitments, but when I do it’s always amazing to catch up.
Currently I am working on 4 paintings so I can keep up with the commissions list and new gallery work. The recent heatwave has dried the work quickly, so I’ve had to keep an eye on that, but, not complaining as overall for Duns and now Kelso festival weeks have enjoyed mainly dry weather.
If you have the time please pop in for a chat, the kettle is always at the ready.
THH
