2026 has been an absolute whirlwind-and what a year
From the studio to your walls, it’s been non-stop creativity, and I’ve loved every second. A huge thank you to all you amazing collectors and charities for trusting me with your visions -it truly means the world.
One of the highlights? Watching Trail Blazer’ ride off into the sunset with none other than Jimmy Nail! Yes, that Jimmy-Oz from Auf Wiedersehen, Pet and the unforgettable detective in Spender. We had the most brilliant chat about giving back, staying grounded, and never forgetting where you come from. Jimmy’s always been a legend in my book, and his support for ‘Sunday for Sammie’ is just one of the many reasons why. He was genuinely moved by my work with the Bradley Lowery Foundation, and honestly, that connection means more than I can say.
Speaking of which-l’ve created 6 original pieces for the Bradley Lowery Foundation this year, and from those, I’ve donated 1,000 packets of 6 Christmas cards to help them raise even more vital funds. If you’d like to support too, check out their incredible work here:
But the giving doesn’t stop there. I’m also proud to keep working alongside the ‘My Name’5 Doddie Foundation’-because fighting MND is a cause that’s close to all our hearts.
Now, I know many of you look forward to the Edinburgh Art Fair each year, and I’m sad to say it’s not happening in 2026. But here’s a silver lining: why not escape to the beautiful Borders instead?
My studio is open by appointment, and I’d love to welcome you for a personal tour. Just drop me a line at info@tonyhuggins-haig.com and we’ll make it happen.
And what’s next? 2027 is already calling my name- and I’ve got big plans brewing. Watch this space-trust me, you won’t want to miss what’s coming!
Let’s keep creating, connecting, and making a difference together.
