Hello and welcome back to my blog, hopefully the last week has been a great one for you all.

Hasn’t it been just fantasic weather, the reading at my weather station in the house was 20 degrees and for April that is brilliant. If the temperature was like this most of the year no one would ever holiday abroad.

So it’s been a split week between assisting our builders by stacking out bricks and putting in foundations for raised beds in the garden and time spent in the studio. The idea is that when the raised beds have been planted up we start to shape the garden ground and make any visit here very relaxing. This relaxed feeling also assists the painting ethos.

My Studio has been warm and I have managed to push on with commissions and my new collection. It really is amazing to think that picking up a brush and painting is work. It never feels that way only magical and so right to do
.
