Hello and welcome back

People who know me well, know I get close to great people who come into my life.This week one of those Big John Charlton lost his fight for life. An amazing gentle giant of a man who touched all that met him with his northern whit.

When we started the refurbishment of the gallery John got stuck in with me and the gang
and helped us create this amazing art gallery experience. In memory of my amazing friend the gallery will now hold annually the John Charlton prize for mentoring and supporting the best young up and coming artist.

Studio

This is my last week in my Spanish studio the painting has gone amazingly well and as always the spanish people have been lovely.  I don’t speak much spanish as yet but I am able to do the basics, ordering food and drink, but, I do hope to through  time to become more fluent.

Referendum – Really ?

A simple question in or out, we are now being told the question was high jacked by fear it became a save the health service/ anti cameron/ stop immigration, the list goes on and on. We are United Kingdom a caring society that look out for each other. Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland came together  years ago and formed a union that has done amazing things around the world.

Lets hope Thursday’s vote, where some people are already saying they voted out and want to vote in, gets resolved sooner rather than later.
