Well hello and welcome back to my blog.

The weather has been very poor, high winds, sleety rain and snow. This weather is of course ideal to keep me in the studio painting. And when we have managed to get out and about on location the frozen snowy, landscapes have been breath taking.

I’m working on a large special painting with plenty of colour and meaning. What a contrast to the white and dull colours, that dank, grey wintery days can throw our way.

I love looking at the sea in winter and walking along a beach. Great for the brain and those bracing walks help keep us healthy, I’m told. There is definitely something to be said for sea air.

It’s 12 months since Yvonne got her first all clear, what an amazing turn around that was from an amazing fighting lady. She of course is delighted as are we all.

Right well onwards and upwards so of back to the brushes.

I hope you all have a great week and let’s hope this bad weather will pass us all by without any harm to anyone.
