Welcome back to my blog, I hope last week has been a good one and all those dear to you are well. Its great to start the week on top form since Yvonne’s fight with the big C. We have quiet evenings usually watching a TV series. Currently were working our way through Game of Thrones. If you haven’t seen it you must watch, it is addictive! The plot goes all over the place and for me the star of the show is the shortest member of the cast.

During the day I’m still enjoying painting away and working on some new commissions. I still can’t believe my fortune to be able to paint for a living. I hope all of you who read my blog ( thank you for that) whether it’s for work or pleasure find it enjoyable.

The Art House Gallery is undergoing a long overdue facelift on the facade. The building dates back to 1608. And it’s been a long old while since any quality repair and maintenance works were carried out. I should add the gallery is open as usual Tuesday to Sat. 10 till 5.

Finally the weather is improving and we are getting some lovely walks to  keep us fit and picking up ideas from our fantastic Borders countryside and towns. I had a walk around Kelso on Saturday. The town is getting ready for festival week and looked great in the sun. Wherever you are of to and whatever you will be up to take care, do it well and have fun.

Good to hear you are painting steadily, that Yvonne is good and that you are both watching Game of Thrones. Tyrion Rocks!
