Last week Tony flew into sunny Oman to visit his brother, who is currently living in the Asian state. Temperatures rose to 40 degrees celsius there, and naturally Tony’s pale skin was scorched by the intense sunlight that abounds in Oman.

Despite his painful-looking sunburn, Tony enjoyed his stay in Oman. It has a growing infrastructure, he reports, and is very welcoming to those coming from the West.

While there, Tony produced another of his ‘snowman’ paintings. A difficult feat, one can imagine, to think of snow while holidaying in one of the hottest areas in the world.
