Yippee, managed to find some time to paint this week. Not as much as I would like, but still the brushes were flowing. 

Gallery

Four galleries are open currently with hopefully gallery 3 coming on side by end of May. 

The gallery with a little of the blitz spirit and of course a lot of hard work is definitely on its way back. 

We will have to close on Health and safety grounds for ten days in May while we complete the refit of gallery 3 and gallery 2 (reception). But will be back to normal working hours and practice after that. 

Q why do you help so many people through the gallery.?

A I was raised in a northern hardworking family environment, Where you learned the value of sharing, Playing nicely and of course hand me downs. Uncles cousins and friends kept you, as they do today, very grounded. Both feet firmly on the ground. 

Thus, I think if I’m able through my own artwork and at times with projects with others. I try to help make little good things happen. Like with  Graham Short and the five pound notes. Lifting people before Christmas. It’s good to put back and help others where we can. Little acts of kindness can make unmeasurable differences to people’s lives.
