Tony adapted disconcertingly well to the role of Santa last week, holding court in his grotto in Kelso Town Hall. A near-constant stream of young visitors kept him busy delivering sage Christmas advice. All this was part of a Christmas event that saw many businesses, including the Art House, in Kelso opening up to shoppers on Sunday, December 8.
