Hello and welcome back .

I hope you have been enjoying the sunshine and are all well. 

Firstly can I say a massive thank you for your lovely messages, cards and gifts. 

Update on my health:-

There were moments last week that made the continued writing of this blog look unlikely. However despite being diagnosed with torn stomach mussels, which It turns out was actually an infected Appendix. So after being rushed through the Borders General Hospital surgical unit to undergo life saving surgery and onwards to fantastic care in the High Dependency Unit. 

The Studio:-

Can’t wait to get painting again but I know it will be a few weeks before that can happen. 

The Gallery:-

So until I’m in the gallery Yvonne, Mickey and Liv will keep the place going and hopefully in a few weeks time I will be able to make short visits to see you all.

Until then stay healthy and enjoy the sunshine, and a final big thank you to our amazing health service and a special thank you to 5 year old Olly who made this wonderful Chocolate Cake to aid my recovery.
