Hello and thank you for popping by to catch up with my blog.
After a quick break in Spain to catch up on some gallery commitments out there we are back. What a difference a blue sky and a little sunshine makes to my old bones. My studio in Spain is wonderful, fantastic light.
Studio
Now that I have caught up on the commission’s list, I have time to work on some new pieces, I love the freedom this brings and I’m feeling very colourful so watch this space.
Charity
It’s that time of year again and we are involved in some amazing humbling projects. There will be lots more on what we’re up to in the press over the next few weeks.
Gallery
On the run up to Christmas we will be very busy so keep popping by or sign up for our news letter, It’s free and stops you missing what’s going on. Remember to keep the last weekend in November free for our Christmas Exhibition.
Question
Q Who is my favourite artist and do I have any of their work?
A Oooom, well I’m blessed to have been in the art world for a couple of decades plus and have some amazing friends in the art world. As I reply, names fly into my head although I’m sure I will unintentionally forget a few. But Philip Gray, Doug Hyde McKenzieThorpe, Doug Hyde, Jeff Rowlands, Keith Proctor, Alex Millar, Norman Cornish, Sarah- Jane Szikora, Darren Baker and Rob Hefferen, Peter Knox but to name a few. As you know I’m not only an artist and gallery owner. I’m also a big art supporter ( and I do probably have a piece in my home from them all. )
Right that’s it for this week have a great week ahead and love and best wishes to you all.
THH
