Welcome to this weeks Blog, I hope this finds you all in good fettle.

Well, we have had another manic week but certainly a productive one.

Monday took Yvonne and I up to Bo’ness, near Falkirk to have a wee look at an auction. I have always wanted a full size Pool table, so put in a bit of a cheeky bid. The auction finishes on Tuesday, here’s hoping.

We also paid a visit to Harley Davidson to see how the bikes were coming on, they should both be ready for the end of the month, can’t wait.

Tuesday was a day in the studio, I am almost finished the commission piece for the lovely Edwards family, I hope they will love it. I’m sure they will it’s been lovely to work on.
Yvonne had a day out with her sister being pampered at a Spa, lucky girl.

Wednesday saw a full day in the Gallery. We are at the moment drawing up calendar events for the next 12 months.

Thursday – Guess what? I had to go to Bo’ness with my mate Craig to pick up the Pool Table, result. Yvonne stayed at home clearing out the Utility room in preparation for the arrival of our new Oil Fired Boiler. In the afternoon we had a visit from our pals Jim & Sarah, lunch at Hugos was as always, 1st class and in the evening we had a very relaxed Thai meal. Lovely day was had by all.

Friday was a day of meetings (Not my favourite occupation). In the morning I went with Pavel to the Borders College at Newtown St Boswells. Pavel has secured a place at college starting in September. His college course will enable him to do 2 days a week with us gardening. We are looking forward to helping Pavel get the career he wants through hard work and education.

My meeting during the afternoon was hard going, but no pain, no gain.

In the evening we had a simply wonderful Chinese meal in Edinburgh with our mates, Martin and Dee. A lovely end to a long, but rewarding day.

On Saturday we were back in the gallery for yet another manic day. To save Yvonne cooking (AGAIN!) we drop into Hugos for a delicious light supper before going home to watch the footie.

I have had a number of enquiries regarding a painting day with me. I am happy to do these days, just give us a ring and we will get you booked in.

After a friendly catch up, cuppa and a blether about what your painting experiences have been and more importantly what you want to paint and achieve. We arm you with canvas brushes and paints. And you simply enjoy your creating day with us.

Well thats it for this week, I am away for a well deserved snooze.

Until next week have a great week ahead.
