Well hello and welcome back to my weekly blog. I hope the last week has been a good kind one for you and yours.

This week has been a great week for Yvonne and I – in the garden! I hate gardening but like to see the end results. Our gardens have been neglected a little over the last 12 years, just a lawn and some shrubs. I say just but we have 5 acres so the job always seems massive.

So – Yvonne has been like a tornado, cutting back everything and anything in her path and I had use of a small tracked excavated to dig out new paths, founds for planters etc. We had 40 trees delivered today and have already planted 12 of them! Percy Thrower eat your heart out.

Unfortunately painting has taken a back seat and has been confined to evenings but with great success. I love it when your in the zone and getting loads done, painting away.
