Tony has donated several paintings to help raise funds for the construction of a new stained glass window in Trimdon’s Mary Magdalene Church. The window celebrates the contribution of Lilly Burton, a veteran fundraiser for the church. Tony is good friends with the Burtons, and as such it was all he could do to ensure that Lilly’s charitable contributions were celebrated. Her husband, John, was responsible for Tony’s commissioned painting All Roads Lead to Trimdon, a retirement president for ex-Labour Prime Minister Tony Blair.
