Well hello and welcome back to this weeks blog. As I sit here looking outside the window from my studio, there is a strong wind and rain. It has to be said, yes, we are back home safely from our travels. Landed at Newcastle and it was freezing and peeing down, however, good weather to keep you in the studio.

Our trip to Spain went amazingly well and I’m sure there will be many, many more to follow to our new base out there and the works I will be doing.

I have to say hand on heart the Spanish people we met and encountered were, friendly, kind and helpful. At every turn so much so that we have our new base in ‘Teulada’ a lovely Spanish town.

Yvonne has found a lovely coffee shop for us, managed by David, to fit in coffees, cakes and lunches. She thrived during our trip to the sun and on the research trips we took exploring ideas for new Spanish works.

The new web site is live and kicking and so far all seems well. More content will be added over the next month or so. Take a look and let me know what you think.

And In the studio after such a great trip away. Painting goes really well and all seems good in the world.
