Hi Readers,

Well, my co-pilot, Jim and I reached Teulada last weekend and stayed a couple of days in wonderful 34 – 38 degree heat, difficult but someone has got to do it! We left on Tuesday flying back into Edinburgh and back home to a slightly cooler air.

My back has been playing up for the last couple of weeks so Wednesday was a day of rest and painkillers, by Thursday I was feeling a bit better and managed to push on with a commission piece due before the end of the month.

On Friday we had a surprise visit from Rick and Julie, a lovely couple from Lincoln who are friends and collectors. It is always great to meet up with all our collectors.

Saturday saw us back in the Gallery ( after Yvonne had a birthday breakfast – complete with a candle in the black pudding !). Yvonne and Olivia where organising our ‘Refurbishment Sale’ which starts on Wednesday 14th September. The sale is to enable us to clear space ready for the building works to begin on the Abbey Row elevation of the Gallery. The sale will run until Friday 30th September and will be a ‘one of’ chance to grab a wonderful piece at a knockdown price. The sale will include originals, limited editions, cards, jewellery, frames and much, much more.
