Where does the time go, that’s another week flown by. They say that time goes faster the older you get, certainly true.

Well this has been a week of Painting, DIY and a wee bit of exploring our surroundings. Painting is always a pleasure and this week I have completed the piece shown. Yvonne loves it, hope you do to. Yvonne does most of the DIY but she has discovered the joy of spray painting objects- although I am the one doing the spraying! However it is a very cost effective way to update a piece of furniture or lamp.

This week we did a bit of exploring. In our local area the authorities have widened a couple of the mini roundabouts off the narrow streets. The knock on effect has meant that the huge ‘Bull’ Proof cages now need to be altered to fit the pavements along the ‘Bull Run’ streets. As you can imagine this is a huge undertaking to prepare for a single day in March.

In our absence Angela is doing a great job of running the gallery back in Kelso. Pop in and pay her a visit Wed-Sat, she will be delighted to see you.
