The Christmas exhibition is now in full swing at the THH Gallery.

With over 700 of you amazing friends and collectors through the door last weekend and over a dozen artists and makers making an appearance, the gallery was buzzing. Our new coffee area is now open, please join us and try our wonderful coffee which is roasted locally.

The gallery will be open Tuesday – Sunday right up to Christmas Eve when we will be closing at 3pm. During this time all Christmas presents will be wrapped for you at no charge.

Christmas Bonus

You may have seen it in the papers, on TV or Radio. We have put four £5 notes into circulation, these notes have a Graham Short engraving on them depicting Jane Austen’s portrait and a quote from one of her books. With a conservative valuation of £20,000 per £5 note good luck to each and everyone of you, get checking.  

Future events

We look forward to many, many more great days and nights delivering those personnel artist appearances and demonstrations at the THHGallery. 2017 will see exhibitions by Alexander Millar, Philip Raskin, Lynn and Kerr Rodgie, THH, Graham Short and many others along with our normal Spring,Summer, Autumn and Christmas exhibitions. A busy year of great times for all.

Studio time

Finally

I come from a North East council estate. I’ve never forgot my life’s journey and all its ups and downs, recording a lot of it in my work. I have been fortunate In that my work has been received and collected very well. I never take that lightly, It drives me on to create more artwork, to connect with you all and mentor and assist those other brilliant artists we showcase.
