Well hello and welcome back to this weeks Blog. I hope the last week has been a good one to you all.

Can I start by saying for me personally it’s been a sad week. Steve Clarehugh, a lovely gentleman, who personally examined and passed me as I became a pilot, was killed this week driving his JCB on the A1. Steve was a lovely family, typical countryman becoming yet another statistic on the A1. An examiner now off to ‘check fly’ the Angels.

Why do some of the finest, friendliest people in the country ( yes, northerners ) have to put up with such poor infrastructure, Pot holed single lanes and roads not fit for purpose.

In the studio:- Painting wise, nearly all the commissions for Christmas are complete and delivered. Today’s painting to Hugo’s Bistro in Duns looks amazing and has gone down well indeed which is always nice.

It has been another great week of catching up with old and new friends and collectors. Which reminds me every visit how blessed we are to have you all coming in and out.

Until next week or next encounter in the gallery, stay safe and cuddle your loved ones loads. And be careful out in the cold.

Love and best wishes to all.
